A surcharge will apply if booked and confirmed on a shorter notice. All bookings must be confirmed 48 hours prior to arrival. A 30% fee shall apply for all modifications required to the package/tour, should the modification be requested within 3 days prior to arrival.100% cancellation fee will apply if packages and/or tours are cancelled during the high season (high season; March - June, September - November). 50% cancellation fee will apply if packages and/or tours are cancelled during the low season (low season; july- august, December-February). Any no-show is non-refundable.   Tour itinerary or transportation is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to alter places to visit, in the event of adverse traffic conditions, weather changes, etc. Should changes be required in the itinerary and/or means of transportation and/or tours be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid on the spot, in cash, by the tour participants. The client, when filling out the questionnaire, is responsible to provide Luxury Concierge China with accurate information: valid contact details (email, address, telephone). Luxury Concierge China assumes no responsibility should the personal and professional contact information of the client be incorrect.   Complaints: In case of complaint, Luxury Concierge China should be notified by written within 3 days after all services have been provided. Luxury Concierge China is in no way whatsoever responsible should one or several of its clients not respect the laws of the P.R China. LCC will not get involved in case of conflict between its customer(s) and local authorities. LCC declines all responsibility in case of difficulties of all types involving third parties.
